The spacious primary suite offers a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. A separate closet large enough to call a room has a full-size washer/dryer and built in dresser drawers for all your laundry and storage needs. This bedroom is on the rear side of the property and offers full views of the pool and golf course.

There are two queen bedrooms: the one on the rear side of the property shares the ensuite with the other queen bedroom. There is a sink and toilet in this bathroom that is separated by a door for privacy. The walk-in shower is shared with the other queen bedroom. The second queen bedroom, on the front side of the house, has the full ensuite with an entrance from that bedroom. Upstairs are two queen beds, a trundle bed and a chair and half that easily converts to a comfortable twin bed. This massive space offers families options for young children or a separate family. Aside from its proximity to golf, this property is a short (4 min) drive or (8 min) bike ride to Harbour Town, Baynard Ruins and the Sea Pines Beach Club.

• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
