For added ease the entire home is equipped with a water filtration system throughout the home and a wet bar on each level.

After a day of biking along lush tree lined paths, exploring the beach, or catching waves, you retreat to your private pool and hot tub, your own peaceful oasis. With two fully equipped outdoor kitchens—one by the pool on the first floor, and another on the second floor—entertaining becomes effortless and fun.
