PET POLICY: We love well-behaved dogs. We allow dogs on the property - 2 dogs max, 40 lbs max $500 / dog and the fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately we do not allow oily coated breeds (Labradors & similar)) and to prevent any confusion please contact us with all questions “dog”. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & beds and should be crated when left unattended.

POOL HEAT: March-November - $350 /1st day and then $150 each additional day No pool heat June/July/August November-March - ($1600 weekly)

• SPA HEATING IS ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND IF “HEATABLE”.
• SURCHARGE: THE SURCHARGE FOR HEATING WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. MUST RESERVE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A $75 LATE FEE
• FUNCTIONALITY: THE SPA MUST BE HEATED FOR THE JETS TO FUNCTION.
